The responsibilites of the officers:
1. To recruit any level of player. 2. Help any where they can at any time they can 3. Speak their concerns or ideas to Vixenraven 4. Let Vixenraven know of any changes that might happen to where they cannot be officers any more 5. Let Vixenraven know of any problems that might arise
